Thank you for purchasing Audio Ace products. Audio Ace has the highest standards in design and manufacturing. Audio Ace warrants any products purchased from an AUTHORIZED Audio Ace dealer to be free of defects in material and workmanship under regular use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original purchase. All products with a warranty claim must have original packaging (in good condition) and the serial number in readable condition. Abuse and or burnt voice coils are not considered a warranty claim.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product. All warranty service requires original sales receipt documentation. It is at Audio Ace’s discretion to repair or replace the defective merchandise.

At Audio Ace we will try to make it as easy as possible to purchase your new stereo equipment.

If not, there will be a delay. We will only charge the card once the items have been shipped. If you place an order with more than one product we will make every attempt to ship all the items out simultaneously.

These conditions will supersede any other terms or conditions you include with any purchase. We reserve the right to make changes to the site and conditions at any time. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typing error or any other error, Audio Ace will have the right to refuse or cancel the order. If this happens, we will notify the buyer and offer the product at the correct price. If your credit card has already been charged, Audio Ace will issue a refund immediately.
